Drafter - Connecticut office
We’re looking for a full-time drafter to join our team in Connecticut. This new position is available as soon as we find the right person.
Working alongside theatrical system designers and architects, the majority of your work time will be spent drafting with CADD software. Your other regular duties will include paper and electronic drawing management such as printing, plotting, document retrieval and drawing preparation from web-based servers, digital image library maintenance, and editing and manipulating drawings for use by the design team.
To be the successful candidate, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in theatre or a related field
- Significant expertise in AutoCAD2010 or most recent version
- Experience in the theatre, architecture, or construction industry
- Experience handling drawings
- Experience with theatrical equipment
- The ability to work in 3D drawing programs and animation
- Excellent general computer skills, with fluency in all Microsoft Office programs in a PC environment

Systems Consultant - London office
We’re looking for a full-time network and systems integration specialist to join our team in London.
Your role will be to work with clients and other design specialists to provide innovative, cost effective, reliable, and tailored audiovisual and control systems solutions to our projects. You’ll be responsible for specifying integrated AV and control systems for new and refurbished theatres, concert halls, convention centres and television studios.
The role would also involve managing the day-to-day IT and networking requirements of our London office, in conjunction with our contracted IT service providers.
We’re looking for someone who'll contribute their own perspective, skills, and experience to our projects. Here are some things that will put your resume on top:
- Knowledge and experience of digital signage and IPTV systems
- Experience of specifying integrated audiovisual equipment and infrastructure in performance and interactive environments
- Understanding and experience with networked control systems
- 2D and 3D CAD skills (ideally AutoCAD)
- Ability to juggle tasks and prioritize workloads
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to relate well to people and provide support in a cheerful, helpful way
- Experience in working in a team environment
- Fluency/proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- Previous experience in the theatre, architecture, engineering, or similar industries is an advantage
No specific qualifications are required for this position, but a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience would be a bonus. You should be open to learning new skills or computer software and occasional international travel as part of the role.
